PAYMENT TERMS:
1. Amounts reflected herein are in Philippine Peso.
2. A non-refundable reservation fee of PhP 100,000.00 shall be paid to Ronald
Diola or thru his authorized representative.
3. Upon receipt of said reservation fee, the desired lot shall be reserved for
period of one (1) month.
4. Downpayment shall be due one (1) month from issuance of the reservation
The reservation fee shall be deducted from the downpayment.
5. A grace period of 15 days on top of the one month period shall be extended
payment of the downpayment.
6. Should Buyer fail to complete downpayment after the grace period, Seller
have the option to sell the reserved lot. Reservation shall likewise be forfeited
in favor of Seller.
7. Buyer shall issue post-dated checks for amortization payments with first
payment falling due one (1) month from downpayment.
8. Buyer may choose from the different in-house payment options herewith.
Buyer, however, may opt to secure third-party financing such as banks which
offer better payment terms (lower interest rates and longer repayment period).
9. Capital gains tax shall be to the account of the Buyer. Seller shall assist
in its tax payment.
10. Buyer shall provide a copy of the following documents:
· Passport (including spouse)
· Social Security number
